Embedded patient histories, person-centred language, regular staff empathy moments and daily reminders about GPA principles are just some of the ways this energetic team is practicing resident-centred care. They’re also taking very good care of staff with a soothing space on-site called the “wellness” room. Equipped with soft music, yoga mats, comfy chairs and even essential oils, it’s a relaxing retreat when staff can go to recharge their batteries, when required. Learn more
