Jocelyne brings over 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience, including nearly two decades as Executive Director of Ottawa-Carleton Life skills. She has led major organizational change initiatives, including overseeing the creation of two social enterprises and spearheaded the formation of the Ottawa Shared Services Organization, collaborating with two other nonprofits to design, launch, and oversee a new shared services model. Through her consulting practice, Jocelyne supports boards and executive teams with governance, strategic planning, accreditation readiness, and leadership development. She previously served on the Board of Directors of OASIS and brings deep expertise in operational excellence, system transformation, and collaborative leadership.
