Jaden is a senior healthcare leader with over a decade of experience in education, quality assurance, workforce development, and program design across Alberta’s health care sector. As the Education & Innovation Lead at Covenant Care and Covenant Living, she leads initiatives that strengthen leadership capacity, enhance onboarding, and support the delivery of person-centered, mission-driven care in long-term care, supportive living, and hospice settings. A certified Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA) Coach, Jaden is a strong advocate for inclusive and culturally relevant education. She has contributed to community-based program development through her work with Maskwacis Health Services and served for 5 years on the IHeLTI Community Advisory Committee, supporting Indigenous-led approaches to maternal child and family wellness, health equity and learning. Motivated by AGE’s mission and national leadership in dementia education, Jaden views her role on the Board as a meaningful opportunity to give back and advance compassionate, equitable care for Canada’s aging population.
