Currently serving as Lead for the Provincial Community Paramedicine Program at Ontario Health, James spearheads the design and development of standardized care models, clinical tools, and strategic frameworks that align with Ministry mandates and address system-wide pressures. His leadership has been instrumental in integrating of care pathways and enhancing collaboration among various health system partners improving access, equity, and outcomes for patients across the province. With a background that spans frontline nursing, care coordination, and health system planning, James brings a rare blend of clinical insight and strategic vision. He’s known for building strong partnerships, driving performance, and championing inclusive, patient-centered care.
